Our Facilities

Three Central opening hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Meeting rooms can be booked with options of sandwich buffet lunches and refreshments.
Evening and Weekend bookings will be charged at the full day rate.

All  our meeting rooms are provided fully inclusive of:

  • Flat screens or projectors
  • WiFi
  • Flipcharts
  • Complimentary tea & coffee for bookings of 2 hours or more
  • All prices are quoted inclusive of VAT.

Please note of the following details before requesting a booking:

  • The minimum booking period is 2 hours.
  • The Interview Rooms can be booked up to a maximum of 2 hours from Tuesday - Thursday. We can offer longer hire on Monday and Friday.
  • We are unable to offer parking onsite. If you need to unload/load equipment for your meeting, you may use one of the six spaces at the rear of our building.  After this, we ask that you park in the nearby car parks for the duration of your meeting.  Local car parks include: The Belfry, Clarendon Road, Sainsburys, Gloucester Road or Marketfield Way.  Please check their websites for updates.
  • Room measurements are actual room sizes; some of the available areas are reduced by cupboards or furniture.
  • The seating capacity is intended as a guide only and will vary according to the number of tables and equipment used.
  • Our building is fully Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) compliant with a lift to all floors, level access to rooms and staff trained to help with any issues.
  • We are a Christian worshipping community and at times the church area will be in use for services during the week.
  • We also share the building with companies that wish to maintain client confidentiality.  By booking a room or hot desk with us, you agree to respect this at all times.

Hot Desks

The Office is shared amongst four organisations and is proven to reduce overheads of renting your own office space.  We have a number of hot desks available to be rented by the day, week or by long term contract.

Within the office we have two interview rooms that can be hired by the hour for those 1-2-1 meetings.
